Welcome to the blog for Prof. John Talbird's English 102 class. The purpose of this site is two-fold: 1) to continue the conversations we start in class (or to start conversations before we get to class) and 2) to practice our writing/reading on a weekly basis in an informal forum.
After reading the syllabus my question is it mandatory to response to our classmates answer? My experience with reading and writing been wonderful when i am allowed to read and write about what I want.
Hi Kayley: I'm not exactly sure what your question means. You SHOULD respond to your classmates' blog posts. You ARE REQUIRED to respond to their drafts in group crit. Hope that helps.
